“A letter which contain a formal request for the supply of goods and services”.
If the information provided by the supplier is economical to the customer he wishes to give an order, an order letter is an important document that’s why it should be very carefully drawn.

Suggestions for writing an order letter:

To write the order letter we should  keep  in  mind the following
Name of product
Packing, quality
Size color, style

Mode of payment:

In order to avoid future disputes its better to decide the payment dates, its mode of payment whether it will be paid in cash on the counter or through cheque by the bank etc

If any terms and condition wishes by the customer he must specify in the order letter terms of discounts, rebate in early payment, interest due to late payments etc
