Contents of a market report indicate the formation and organization of the report, what elements will be included in this report.

The information displayed varies from report to report but the general outline may be the following. 
1. Heading: the heading includes the basic parts of:

1.      Name of the market.
2.      Name of the commodities.
3.      The period of the report.

Tendency of Market Report:

     Tendency of a market report refers to the moment of prices due to the effect of demand and supply”
The tendency of the market may be rising or falling, optimistic or pessimistic, the market tendency also called undertone, or under current, if the market is rising it means, high demand, much transactions and rising prices
.
    While fall in market means low demand, low transaction and less prices, some expressions indicating market tendency are the following.

1.      The market showed a downward Tendency.
2.      A better undertone was displayed.
3.      The market was optimistic etc.

TONE:

The tone of the market indicates the State of the market or in simple words tone means the routine running of the market weather, firm or quiet, steady or nervous, strong or weak, confident or hesitate etc.

            Some common expressions are the followings:

1.      The tone of the market was bright.
2.      The market open weak.
3.      A firm tone was displayed.
4.      The market closed steady etc.
