An organization must have an appropriate plan for writing to many individually to which the organization communicate differently, some time the organization will announce good news and some time it may be bad or some time just persuasion, so for this purpose organizations have adopted many mechanism for writing which is discussed below.
The Good News Plan:
The
good news plan is adopted when we have to announce good news it may be granting
loans, giving information, adjusting losses, etc a proper mechanism is used
which will be discussed in detail in the coming chapter.
The Bad News Plan
This
plan is adopted when we have to convey a bad news, i.e refusing loans, firing
an individual, refusing discounts, refusing giving information. Etc
The Direct Request Plan
The
direct plan is adopted when we know the reaction of the receiver, favorable
message, the format of the direct approach is just like the good news format.
The Persuasive Request Plan
The
persuasive request plan is used when we want to motivate, attract an individual
to buy our goods and services, the format of the persuasive request plan is
like the indirect approach.
