Heading      :

The heading of an office memo consist of TO and FROM, from shows from where the message has been originated and to shows where the message will go or who are the audience.

Date: The date is gust given below the heading; date is compulsory part of the memo.

Subject of the memo:

The subject of the letter indicate the purpose of the message it also called a short summary

Body of the Memo:

The body of the memo contains the actual message or the core idea which the sender intend to convey to the receiver.

Signature:


Signature is put just below the body of the Memo. It’s also important to write the designation and signature of the individual possesses the authority.
