Sales letters are written for the
purpose to offer goods and services to the general public, in today’s advance
era the sales letter are written but its pattern is too much advance, as you
have seen the broachers and pamphlets etc but in this chapter we will discuss
the traditional sales letters.
There are two kinds of sales letters.
Persuasive sales letters
Sale letters are of two
types which are as under:

Solicited sale letter
When the organization
is invited to respond the customer queries is called solicited sales letter.

Unsolicited sale letter
When the organization
send out messages is called unsolicited sales letter.
